Mahan Small Hydro Project Scheme III is constructed in Chikni Village. During construction this project has provided employment for more than 300 People for the period of over two years.

Venika is creating direct employment for 60 people and create indirect employment for 50 people. Venika will be employing additional 20-30 semi skilled/unskilled Manpower during Annual maintenance during off season.
